My background is in beauty and wellness, where I've led influencer initiatives across paid partnerships, affiliate communities, gifting, and events. My experience spans both fast-moving startup environments and larger-scale growth initiatives, giving me the ability to adapt quickly while staying intentional in the way I build programs and partnerships.
I'm drawn to brands with substance—the kinds of brands people genuinely connect with because there's care behind what they create, how they communicate, and the communities they cultivate around them.
Alongside my in-house work, I've also spent years building my own online presence and creative community—an experience that continues to shape how I think about communication, audience trust, and modern influence.
Outside of work, I'm usually reading, shooting film photography, buying tickets to see the newest movie release in theaters, or getting competitive during a game of backgammon.

Built and manage Act+Acre's always-on paid influencer program—a curated roster of repeat, high-converting creators activated on Instagram to drive direct-to-site revenue. The strategy centers on a tight group of trusted talent, concentrated spend behind hero systems, and clean attribution. The program consistently generates positive return on spend, with revenue and earned media value growing significantly year-over-year as the roster and budget have scaled.

Affiliate Program Management
Grew Act+Acre’s affiliate community from a small group of early partners into a steadily expanding always-on channel. Support and engage the network through incentive programming, organic campaign moments, and tailored activations designed to drive revenue while keeping creators genuinely connected to the brand. The program continues to grow year-over-year across both performance and participation.

Sephora Spring Savings Event
Led a TikTok creator campaign in support of Sephora’s Spring Savings Event, pairing creator storytelling with paid Spark Ad amplification to drive awareness, traffic, and retail sell-through. Activated 15 creators across beauty, wellness, motherhood, and lifestyle verticals, then scaled top-performing content to extend reach and performance. The campaign delivered 2.3M impressions and a 19:1 EMV-to-spend ratio.

Austin Influencer Masterclass
Produced an intimate, education-first creator event centered around scalp health, bringing together 16 hand-selected influencers for a founder-led masterclass and live 1:1 consultations. The focus was intentional—prioritizing depth, brand understanding, and long-term connection over scale. Every attendee shared content following the experience, resulting in 56 pieces of coverage, with several creators converting into paid partners shortly after.

Daily Hydro Launch Mailer
Developed and executed the launch seeding strategy for Act+Acre’s Daily Hydro Hydration System, gifting the collection to 300 creators across nano through mega tiers. The experience included an educational insert and a custom Daily Hydro hair towel designed to encourage natural unboxing and lifestyle content. The towel organically became a recurring brand prop well beyond the initial launch period.
